Below you will find the different steps to register your company in Onyx One.
Step 1 : invitation e-mail
You will receive an invitation mail from your client. The button 'Register now' will lead you to a secured link.
Please note that this link is secured and only valid for a limited time. It will expire after a few clicks.
⚠️ It’s important that the person who will be responsible for the administration in Onyx One will create the account, as this person will get the administrator rights in Onyx One. Click here to learn more about the roles and rights in Onyx One.
Step 2 : create you personal account
When you click the "Register now"-button in the e-mail, you will be taken to the registration form where you’ll first need to create a personal account by:
filling in your contact details,
agreeing with the terms of service and
clicking on the 'REGISTER' button.
Please note that special characters are not allowed.
Step 3 : create your company account
Next, you’ll be able to create a company account, for which you first have to select your country.
Then you’ll need to fill in your VAT number, which will be checked in the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System). This is a search engine (not a database) owned by the European Commission. The data is retrieved from national VAT databases when a search is made from the VIES tool.
Your company details will be filled in.
Click on the 'SAVE' button to continue.

ⓘ When your company doesn't have a VAT number or the VAT doesn't get recognized by Onyx One, you will need to upload a proof of the registration of your company and you will need to fill in your VAT number and your company details and click on the 'SAVE' button.
This document will be picked up for a check by our support team.
Step 4 : welcome to your dashboard
After the creation of your personal and your company account, you will be directed to your Onyx One dashboard.
Go through the next steps to qualify your company, receive jobs and assign your employees.
