Reset Password
Don't know your password anymore? Or you want to reset it without login in? Follow these steps:
Go to onyxone.com.
Once you're on the login page, you can click on 'Lost Password?' and afterwards choose to reset your password by the phone number or email address you had registered in Onyx One.
You will receive new login details.
Log in to Onyx One with these new login details.
⚠️ If you did not register a phone number or email address in Onyx One, please ask your Onyx One administrator to reset your password. Here they can find more information on how to do this.
ⓘ If you do not receive an email in your mailbox, please also check your spam folder. Also always make sure that the email address [email protected] is recognised as a safe sender in your mailbox.
Additionaly, check with your company's administrator to ensure that you are using the correct email address linked to your Onyx One account when resetting your password, and double-check that there are no typos.
Change your Password
You know your current password, but want to change it? Follow these steps:
Log in to your account on onyxone.com.
From the dashboard page, click on your name in the upper right corner.
Select 'My account".
Go to the "Change Password" tab.
Fill in your current and new password and confirm the new password.
When you click "Save" you have successfully updated your password.
